Tasting Notes:
Picpoul Blanc loosely translates to "lip stinger" referring to the crisp acidity. In keeping with the bright acidity this varietal boasts flavors of green apple, lemon, pear, pineapple, and citrus blossom. While it has crisp acidity and citrus flavors like a Sauvignon Blanc, it does not tend to have grassy characteristics.

Food Pairing Suggestions: all seafood (esp. oysters, salmon & swordfish), foods with rich cream or butter, fried food

Blend: 75% Picpoul Blanc, 25% Viognier
Barrel: 100% Stainless Steel (minus the Viognier)
