Tasting Notes:
Over the years, we have oscillated between calling this wine Vin Rosé and Liquid Hope. They are the same wines; the name simply reflects our charitable donation strategy for each year. For 2023 and beyond, we have detached charitable donations from the sales of just one wine in an effort to make a larger impact. You will also notice that we are updating our packaging for both the Rosé and Viognier by using a traditional Rhône silhouette bottle since these two wines are Rhône style wines. We are still working on the final packaging which will be completed for the 2023 vintage.

This Rosé is sweeter on the initial sip than past vintages. However, the crisp acidity makes the finish dry and smooth. This is a great wine for picnics, charcuterie, BBQ, spicy foods, and our favorite pairing, Thai Food.

 

Blend: 55% Syrah, 35% Mourvèdre, 10% Picpoul Blanc
