This olio nuovo (new oil) is grown and farmed on our vineyard. We press a very limited amount of this breathtakingly fresh and vibrant oil every-other-year. The fresh cut grass and cracked pepper characteristics make it the ideal dipping oil. It is also perfect drizzled over fresh vegetables, roasted potatoes, and even steak.
We heard you! In 2020 we released our oil in 375ml bottles, and so many of you requested larger bottles that we made the change for this release. Stock up now - it will be sold out before we know it!
